1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom rainbow tie-dye silicone slap bracelets?

For a fully custom design with rainbow tie-dye color blending and custom pearl dot artwork, the MOQ is 500 – 1,000 pieces per design. For a standard rainbow tie-dye color combination with text-only customization, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For stock designs (pre-existing color/pattern combinations with no customization), we may accept MOQs as low as 200 pieces. 2. How long does it take to produce a sample of the rainbow LOVE bracelet?

Once artwork is approved, silicone color blending and mold preparation takes 3 – 5 working days, followed by sample production in 2 working days. With express shipping (DHL/FedEx 3 – 7 working days), total turnaround from artwork approval to sample in hand is approximately 8 – 12 working days. For custom Pantone color matching, add 2 – 3 working days for color formulation testing.

3. Can I get the bracelet in different color combinations other than the rainbow shown?

No. The pearl dots are integrally molded into the silicone during the high-temperature vulcanization process — they are not glued, printed, or adhered to the surface. The dots are physically part of the bracelet material itself, formed within the mold cavity. They will not peel, chip, crack, or fall off under normal wear conditions. The dots are also smooth and rounded, so they will not catch on clothing or cause discomfort.

Yes. The pearl dot technique can reproduce any short word, name, slogan, or message (typically 4 – 8 characters for best legibility on a standard-size bracelet). For longer messages, we recommend the jumbo size for more surface area.

10. What quality assurance do you provide for bulk orders?

Every production order undergoes a rigorous 3-step QC process: (1) Incoming inspection — raw silicone material checked for consistency, purity, and Shore hardness specification. (2) In-process inspection — mold filling, color blending, dot formation, and curing parameters monitored throughout production.
