1. What is the minimum order quantity for custom silicone coaster sets?

Custom mold (your own shape/design): 300 pcs per design. Custom color on existing mold: 100 pcs per color. Logo printing only on stock coasters: 200 pcs. First-time orders under 200 pcs may require a one-time mold fee of $80–$120.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Stock samples: 2–3 days ready and ship same day. Custom samples (new mold): 7–10 working days after artwork approval, then 3–7 working days via DHL/FedEx. Sample fee: $50 per design, refundable on bulk orders of 500+ sets.

3. Can I get a different number of coasters in a set?

Yes. Standard sets are 6 pieces, but we can produce any quantity per set — 4, 8, 10, or 12 coasters. Pricing adjusts based on total pieces. The rack can also be customized for different capacities.

100% quality guarantee. Material defects within 6 months of delivery are replaced free of charge. Photo evidence within 7 days of discovery is required. Replacement ships with your next order or at shared freight cost.
