What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a custom printed lanyard?

For a completely new custom design (your own artwork, logo, or character), the MOQ is 100 – 300 pieces per design. For color/pattern changes on our existing IP-style template, the MOQ may be lower at 50 – 100 pieces. Sample orders of 1 – 10 pieces are always welcome at sample pricing.

Can I use my own licensed IP character for the lanyard print?

We recommend you own the rights or have a license for any characters you wish to print. For customers who do not hold IP licenses, we offer our own original designs and generic anime/game/creative style artwork that does not infringe on third-party IP. Please consult with our sales team to confirm the best option for your project.

How long does a custom sample take to produce and ship?

Once artwork is approved, sample production takes 3 – 5 working days. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) takes an additional 3 – 7 working days depending on your destination. Total time from artwork approval to sample in hand is typically 6 – 12 working days.

What file formats do you accept for custom artwork?

We accept Adobe Illustrator (AI), EPS, CorelDRAW (CDR), PDF, PSD, and high-resolution PNG/JPEG (minimum 300 DPI at actual size). Vector formats are strongly preferred for sharpest print quality. For woven jacquard lanyards, a vector line art version of your design is required for the loom program.

Can I get samples of the exact 8 designs shown in the product image?

Yes. We can produce sample sets matching the exact designs shown — Among Us, Naruto Chibi, Nightmare Before Christmas, Dragon Ball Z, Betty Boop, Among Us Alternate, Sailor Moon, and Dragon Ball Z Kame. Contact our sales team to order a sample set or request slight modifications.

How do I attach the phone tether loop?

The black nylon tether loop is built into the hardware assembly. Simply pass the loop through a phone case lanyard hole, then clip the lobster claw clasp to the other end of the loop. Your phone hangs securely from the lanyard strap. The same loop can also be used for keys, ID badge, or small accessories.

Can the lobster claw clasp be replaced with a breakaway or magnetic buckle?

Absolutely. We offer multiple hardware options including plastic breakaway safety buckles (standard for schools and ID badges, 4-8N release force), magnetic snap buckles, and swivel hooks. The standard silver lobster claw is included free; other hardware types may incur a small upcharge.

Is the lanyard comfortable to wear for long periods at conventions?

Yes. The 100% woven polyester fabric is soft and lightweight (approx. 10 – 15 grams per lanyard). The 15 – 20 mm width distributes pressure evenly across the neck. For very heavy badges or phone attachments, we recommend upgrading to a wider 25 mm strap with additional reinforcement.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $3,000, Western Union for samples, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers with order history.

Do you offer retail-ready packaging for individual lanyard sales?

Yes. We offer header card + blister packaging, branded gift boxes, and polybags with your logo. We can also print barcodes, retail prices, and product descriptions on hang tags.
