What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC coaster like this?

For a custom screen-printed design on a standard round coaster, the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. For custom die-cut shapes (non-round), the MOQ is 1,000 pieces per shape. If you use our existing EQI koala template artwork and only change colors, we may accept 300 pcs minimum.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once the artwork is approved, we prepare the screen print sample in 5 - 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 - 5 working days after dispatch.

Can I get a custom shape other than round?

Yes! We can die-cut any shape up to 4" x 4" — squares, rectangles, hexagons, or branded silhouette shapes. Custom die-cut requires a steel rule die (one-time tooling: $50 - $80), with MOQ of 1,000 pcs.

Is the screen print durable? Will it peel off?

No. The screen-printed ink bonds to the PVC surface at a molecular level during the heat curing process. It will not peel, flake, or crack under normal use. We guarantee the print will remain intact for the lifetime of the coaster under indoor conditions.

Are these coasters dishwasher safe?

We recommend hand washing with mild soap and a soft cloth. While the material can withstand warm water, the high heat and harsh detergent in dishwashers may accelerate wear over time. Hand washing will keep them looking new for years.
