What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC fridge magnet like this?

For a brand-new custom design (your own magnet shape), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing yacht sunset shape but change colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For just adding a printed logo to the back plate, the MOQ is 200 pieces. Mix-and-match of multiple designs in one order is allowed as long as each design meets its MOQ.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the sample mold in 5 – 7 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Can I get this magnet in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 2.5" × 2.0" (63 × 50 mm). We can adjust the dimensions from as small as 1.5" (38 mm) wide up to 4.7" (120 mm) wide. Larger sizes require more material and a larger mold, increasing both mold fee and unit cost.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different magnet designs in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping and customs clearance costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the magnet shows material defects (color bleeding, brittleness, magnet detachment, cracking) within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Intentional damage or extreme heat exposure is excluded.

Do you offer blister card or gift box packaging for retail?

Yes. We can package in clear blister cards with header cards, branded gift boxes, or opaque foil bags for blind-box style retail. Minimum for custom retail-ready packaging is 1,000 pieces, adding 5 – 7 working days to the lead time.
