What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for a custom PVC luggage tag?

For a brand-new custom shape and design (new mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you use an existing shield mold and only change the printing, the MOQ drops to 200 pieces. For simple color changes on an existing mold, it’s even lower — contact us for exact numbers.

How long does a sample take?

Once artwork is approved, sample mold creation takes 5–7 working days, and sample production takes another 2–3 working days. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) adds 3–7 working days. Total: roughly 10–17 working days door-to-door.

Can I get this tag in a different shape?

Absolutely. The shield shape shown here uses a dedicated mold, but we can make custom PVC molds for any shape — footballs, stars, hexagons, circles, or your own brand logo outline. New mold cost is typically $80–$200 depending on complexity.

Is the lanyard included?

Yes. Each luggage tag comes with a red lanyard and snap buckle. The lanyard is attached to the tag body via a loop hole. We can also supply tags without the lanyard if you prefer your own straps.

Can I fit a business card in the window?

Yes. The transparent window on the back is designed to hold a standard business card or folded name card (approx. 9 × 5.5 cm). The opening is on one side for easy sliding in and out.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), PayPal for small orders, and Western Union. For long-term partners, we can discuss credit terms.

How durable is the snap buckle?

The snap buckle is made from POM (polyoxymethylene) plastic with a metal spring clip inside. It is tested for 5,000+ open/close cycles. It clicks securely and won’t accidentally release during travel.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different tag shapes, colors, or print designs in the same production run. Each unique design may require its own mold, but we can combine them in one shipment to save shipping costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee on manufacturing defects. If the tag delaminates, the printing fades prematurely, or the buckle fails under normal use, we replace the defective units free of charge.
