What is the minimum order quantity for a custom flight-themed luggage tag?

For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork with a new mold), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing flight design and change only the colors or text, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For logo-only printing on the standard tag, the MOQ drops to 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once the artwork is finalized and approved, we create the sample mold in 5 - 7 working days. Sample production takes another 2 - 3 days, and shipping via DHL or FedEx takes 3 - 7 working days. Total estimated time: 10 - 17 working days depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above USD 5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for orders under USD 3,000. Net terms may be available for established long-term partners.

Can I mix multiple luggage tag designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine different designs or themes in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping costs and customs clearance fees. We consolidate all designs into a single shipment.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee covering material defects. If a tag shows cracking, color separation, or strap failure within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Claims must be accompanied by photos or video evidence.
