The production process uses multi-cavity injection molding, where each color (mint green base, pink flowers, orange flowers, white flowers, yellow pistils, green leaves, and yellow dots) is injected into separate cavities within the same mold. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom PVC coaster like this floral pattern?

For a brand-new custom design (your own coaster pattern), the MOQ is 300 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing floral pattern but change the colors, the MOQ is 500 pieces. For adding only a printed logo to a stock floral coaster, the MOQ is 200 pieces.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, mold creation takes 5 – 7 working days, followed by sample production of 2 – 3 days. We ship samples via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 10 – 14 working days.

Is this coaster safe for hot drinks?

Yes. The Soft PVC material is heat-resistant up to 80°C (176°F). This covers the temperature of freshly brewed coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. For extremely hot cookware or oven-heated dishes, we recommend using a thicker trivet made of the same material, which we can customize separately.

Can I get this coaster in different sizes?

Yes. The standard size is 4.0 inches (100 mm) in diameter. We can produce coasters from 3.0 inches (75 mm) up to 5.5 inches (140 mm). Larger or smaller diameters require a new mold, which affects the mold fee and unit cost. Square, hexagonal, and leaf-shaped outlines are also available on request.

How do the embossed colors hold up with regular use?

The colors are injected into the PVC material, not painted or printed on the surface. They will not peel, flake, or wash off. Under normal indoor use — repeated glass, mug, and cup placement — the colors stay vibrant for 2 – 3 years. A UV-resistant additive package is available on request for window-side or outdoor patio use.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for established customers on orders over $10,000, subject to credit review.

Can I mix multiple coaster designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different floral patterns, color variations, or even different product types (coasters + keychains + trivets) in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. This saves on shipping costs and customs clearance fees. Contact us for a combined quotation.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee on all Soft PVC products. If the coaster shows material defects — such as color separation, cracking, or structural deformation — within six months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Damage from intentional bending, cutting, or prolonged exposure to open flame is excluded.

Do you offer eco-friendly or biodegradable material alternatives?

Yes. We are developing a bio-based PVC alternative derived from renewable resources. While our standard Soft PVC is fully recyclable through specialized PVC recycling streams, the bio-based option reduces petroleum dependency.
