What is the minimum order quantity for custom printed disposable PVC wristbands?

For a custom design (your own band color + custom print), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you choose an existing band color with standard print template, the MOQ drops to 300 pieces. For sequential numbered bands, MOQ is 1,000 pieces per number range.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we produce the sample print in 2 – 3 working days and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total sample lead time is typically 5 – 10 working days door-to-door.

Can I get custom colors for the wristband and the snap-lock?

Yes. The band body can be made in any Pantone color. The snap-lock closure is standard white but can be matched to any color for orders over 2,000 pieces. We recommend contrasting closure colors for visual appeal.

Are these wristbands safe for children?

Yes. The PVC material is phthalate-free and non-toxic, meeting REACH and RoHS standards. However, children under 3 should not wear wristbands unsupervised due to choking risk from small parts. The snap-lock mechanism requires adult assistance to fasten properly.

Can the printing be washed off or smudge?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for orders under $2,000. Net terms available for established partners upon credit review.

Can I get different text patterns on the same wristband roll/product?

Yes. Mix multiple text designs (different patterns, slogans, or languages) in a single production batch as long as each unique design meets its per-design MOQ of 300 pieces. This saves setup costs and shipping.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 90-day quality guarantee. If the wristband shows material defects (tearing at anchor points, print failure, snap-lock breakage unrelated to forced removal) within 90 days of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Shipping costs for replacements are shared 50/50.

Are these wristbands recyclable?

PVC is technically recyclable but is not accepted in standard household recycling programs. We recommend collection bins at event exit points for post-event disposal. Some specialized PVC recycling facilities accept clean industrial PVC scrap.
