What is the minimum order quantity for this embroidered luggage tag set?

For a brand-new custom design (your own artwork and layout), the MOQ is 100 sets (200 tags). If you use our existing airplane + "CABIN CREW" design but want different thread colors, the MOQ is 200 sets. For stock designs with no changes, the MOQ is as low as 50 sets.

How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we create the embroidery digitizing file in 3 – 5 working days, produce the sample in 2 – 3 days, and ship via DHL/FedEx. International delivery takes 3 – 7 working days. Total from artwork approval to sample in hand: roughly 8 – 15 working days.

Can I get these tags in a different size?

Yes. The standard size is approximately 3.5" × 2.2" (89 × 56 mm). We can produce tags from 2.0" × 1.5" up to 5.0" × 3.5". Larger sizes require more stitches and increase cost proportionally. Custom sizes may also require a new digitizing file.

Is the gold thread real metallic or just yellow polyester?

The standard gold thread is a high-luster metallized polyester — it has a true metallic sheen that catches light like real metal thread, but with better durability and no tarnishing. We also carry real metallic foil thread (for a brighter shine) and matte gold thread (for a subtle, understated look) on request.

Will the embroidery fade or fray after washing or heavy use?

No. The embroidery uses colorfast polyester thread that retains its color under normal washing, UV exposure, and friction. The black overlock border prevents edge fraying. Under normal travel use, the tags maintain their appearance for 2 – 3+ years. Spot cleaning with a damp cloth is recommended for routine care.

Can I get an ID window on the back of the tag?

Yes. We offer a clear PVC window on the reverse side of the tag, allowing the user to insert a business card, name card, or baggage claim information. The window is heat-sealed around the edges and adds approximately 2 – 3 working days to production time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight for orders above $5,000, Western Union for sample payments, and PayPal for orders under $3,000. Net 30-day terms are available for approved corporate accounts on orders over $10,000.

Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can combine the airplane tag and "CABIN CREW" tag with different designs (e.g., a custom airline logo tag + crew name tag) in the same production batch as long as each unique design meets its MOQ. Combining designs in one order saves on setup and shipping costs.

What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 12-month quality guarantee against material and workmanship defects. If any tag shows stitching defects, grommet failure, or fabric damage within 12 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. Normal wear and tear, intentional damage, or improper cleaning is excluded.

Do you offer private labeling / branded packaging?

Absolutely. We can print your brand logo on header cards, gift boxes, and polybags. Custom branded packaging starts at 500 sets MOQ for header cards and 1,000 sets for custom rigid boxes. Branded packaging adds 5 – 7 working days to the production timeline.
