Unlike PVC or silicone wristbands, woven fabric breathes naturally, reducing skin irritation during extended wear. The jacquard weaving process interlocks each colored thread directly into the fabric structure — no inks, paints, or adhesives are used, so there is zero risk of dye leaching onto the skin.

1. What is the minimum order quantity for a custom woven wristband like this?

For a completely new custom woven design (your own pattern and colors), the MOQ is 500 pieces per design. If you want to use our existing rainbow pattern with color changes only, the MOQ is 300 pieces. For direct stock purchases of the standard design, there is no MOQ.

2. How long does a sample take to arrive?

Once artwork is approved, we set up the jacquard weave in 5 – 7 working days and produce the sample in 2 – 3 working days. International shipping via DHL/FedEx takes 3 – 5 working days. Total sample-to-door: approximately 10 – 15 working days.

3. Is the woven pattern as durable as printed graphics?

Yes — significantly more durable. The jacquard weaving process interlocks colored polyester threads into the fabric itself. Unlike screen printing, heat transfer, or dye sublimation, woven patterns cannot peel, crack, fade, or wash off. The pattern is the fabric.

4. Can I get the wristband in different widths?

Yes. The standard adult width is 0.75" – 1.0" (19 – 25 mm). We can produce widths from 0.5" (12 mm) up to 1.5" (38 mm). Narrower bands are more delicate; wider bands provide more space for complex patterns and text.

5. Is the disposable lock reusable?

No. The ABS disposable lock is designed for single-use tamper-proof security. Once the serrated teeth engage, the lock cannot be removed without cutting the band. This prevents unauthorized re-entry and cross-night transfer. If you need reusable bands, we offer metal snap-button or adhesive closure options.

6. How do the rainbow colors hold up over time?

Excellent. Since all colors are woven-in polyester thread, they are inherently colorfast. Under normal indoor/outdoor use, colors remain vibrant for years. Polyester has good UV resistance — the rainbow stripe and logo will not significantly fade even after extended outdoor exposure during multi-day festivals.

7. Can I get a completely different design or pattern?

Absolutely. We can create any woven pattern or graphic as a jacquard wristband — brand logos, event mascots, geometric patterns, camouflage, text-only, or photo-realistic woven designs. Send us your reference artwork in AI, EPS, or PDF format, and our design team will prepare it for weaving.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T bank transfer (30% deposit + 70% balance before shipment), L/C at sight above $5,000, Western Union for sample orders, and PayPal for small orders under $500. All payments are secure and verified.

9. Can I mix multiple designs in one order?

Yes. You can mix different woven designs (e.g., different logos, color schemes, or event names) in the same production batch, as long as each unique design meets its MOQ of 500 pieces. For orders with shared base colors, production efficiency is higher.

10. What if there is a quality issue after delivery?

We offer a 6-month quality guarantee. If the wristband shows weaving defects, color bleed, or structural failure within 6 months of delivery, we replace defective units free of charge. For shipping damage, we require photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt.
