3.1 Size Customization

Available size variations: standard (70 × 110 mm), mini (50 × 80 mm), and large (90 × 140 mm). Custom dimensions welcome with MOQ adjustment.

3.2 Color Customization

The classic red-and-white Canadian flag color scheme can be adjusted to alternative shade tones or other national flag palettes. Single-color, two-color, and multi-color embroidery available.

3.3 Pattern & Artwork Customization

Full embroidered pattern development — change the flag design, replace the maple leaf with custom logos, text, or brand marks. We support any vector-based artwork converted to high-density embroidery.

3.4 Artwork Requirements

Vector formats: AI, CDR, EPS, or PDF. Minimum line thickness: 0.5 mm. Minimum character height for embroidery: 4 mm. Submit artwork with PMS / Pantone color codes for thread color matching. Proofing sample provided before mass production.

3.5 Packaging Customization

Choose from bulk polybag, individual polybag with header card, blister card packaging, or custom-branded gift box. Barcode / SKU label printing available. Eco-friendly material options on request.

Q1: Can I add my company logo next to the maple leaf?

Absolutely. We can incorporate your logo or text on the white field alongside or below the maple leaf. Submit your vector artwork and our design team will prepare a proof for approval.

Q2: What size is the standard tag?

The standard size is approximately 70 mm × 110 mm (2.76" × 4.33"). We also offer mini (50 × 80 mm) and large (90 × 140 mm) options.

Q3: Can the attachment loop be changed?

Yes. The transparent PVC loop + metal base is the standard option, but we can also offer a full metal key ring, silicone loop, or leather strap attachment upon request.

Q4: Is this tag machine washable?

Yes. It can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle. Air drying is recommended to preserve the embroidery shape and prevent backing shrinkage.

Q5: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Standard MOQ is 100 pieces per design. For custom sizes or complex artwork, MOQ may vary. Sample orders of 1–5 pieces are available for testing.

Q6: How do I provide artwork for custom orders?

Please send vector files in AI, CDR, EPS, or PDF format. Include Pantone color codes. Our embroidery technician will convert the artwork into a machine-readable embroidery file (DST/PES).

Q7: Do you offer a sample before bulk production?

Yes. A pre-production sample is always provided for approval before mass production. The sample fee is deductible from the bulk order.

Q8: Can I get the tag without the Canadian flag design?

Yes — we offer full customization. The embroidered patch can feature any country flag, custom logo, emblem, or text design. Our manufacturing process supports unlimited pattern possibilities.

Q9: What is the expected lifespan of this tag?

With normal travel use, the tag lasts 2–3+ years. The color-locked embroidery and reinforced stitching are designed to withstand frequent handling, conveyor belt abrasion, and occasional washing.

Q10: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, air freight, or sea freight. Shipping costs and transit times depend on destination and order volume.
